Access to and use of this website confers the status of user, who accepts the terms of use set out in this Legal Notice.

Sea Master Consulting & Engineering reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the website, as well as the content and services included therein.

Sea Master Consulting & Engineering complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), and with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), ensuring the correct use and processing of users' personal data.

Personal data provided by the user through the website forms will be processed for the following purposes:

• Managing queries or requests received.
• Maintaining the contractual or pre-contractual relationship with clients and users.
• Managing subscriptions to newsletters or commercial communications (where applicable).
• Sending technical, commercial or advertising information related to Sea Master Consulting & Engineering products or services, provided the user has given express consent.
• Complying with legal and administrative obligations arising from the company's activities.

The processing of your data is based on:

• Consent of the data subject, by submitting forms or accepting the privacy policy.
• Performance of a contract or application of pre-contractual measures.
• Compliance with legal obligations applicable to the data controller.

Personal data will be retained:

• For as long as a contractual relationship exists or as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
• Once the relationship ends, for the legally required periods to fulfil tax or administrative obligations.

Data will not be transferred to third parties except in the following cases:

If you choose to connect your Outlook/Teams or Google calendar, ThePulseTracker reads information about your meetings for a single purpose: to classify as meeting time the time you spent in a meeting that automatic measurement would otherwise have counted as inactivity. Connecting is voluntary and personal: each person decides about their own calendar. The data processed is:

• Start and end time of each meeting.
• Meeting title. It is not stored if the meeting is marked as private or confidential.
• Company colleagues invited to the meeting and their response (accepted, declined or pending). They are only matched against accounts on the platform.
• Number of attendees external to the company. Their names and email addresses are not stored.
• Link to the event in your calendar.
• Email address of the connected account and the access tokens needed to keep the connection. Tokens are stored encrypted.

We do not read or store event descriptions, attachments, locations, or the content of emails or messages.

Only you, for your own meetings, and your manager and your company's administrators, for meetings in which your team participates, can access this data.

Data is kept while the connection is active. When you disconnect, access tokens and future meetings that came from that calendar are deleted. Meetings already recorded are kept as part of the company's metrics and are deleted together with the rest of the company's data.

You can disconnect your calendar at any time from Meetings → Calendar → Disconnect. You can also revoke access from your Microsoft or Google account settings.

ThePulseTracker's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It is not used for advertising.

Users may exercise the following rights at any time:

• Right of access to their personal data.
• Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure ('right to be forgotten').
• Right to restriction of processing.
• Right to data portability.
• Right to object to processing.
• Right to withdraw consent at any time.

GDPR rights management procedure

• Requests to exercise rights will be received via email at info@sea-master.eu
• The identity of the applicant will be verified using the information provided.
• Requests will be recorded internally to ensure traceability.
• The relevant controller will manage the request and apply the necessary measures (access, rectification, erasure, etc.).
• The response period will be a maximum of 30 days, in accordance with the GDPR.

Sea Master Consulting & Engineering has implemented the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access.

Personal data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Encryption keys are protected through environment variables on production servers located in Spain, with access restricted to system administrators. Key access and rotation are logged in the internal audit system.

This website uses its own and third-party cookies (Google Analytics) for analytical and service improvement purposes.

In compliance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, the entity has an Internal Information System through which possible regulatory infringements or irregularities can be reported.
