Application Analytics

The Application Analytics page lets you analyze how any application is used across your organization during a selected period, including how many users have it open, at what times, and on which days.

What can you analyze?

Select an application and a date range to view detailed usage metrics. You can filter by department, sub-department, time of day, and day of the week.

Peak users

Maximum number of users who had the application open simultaneously during the selected period.

P95 users

95th percentile of concurrent users: the typical level of usage excluding exceptional spikes.

Total usage time

Combined usage time of all users during the selected period.

Usage heatmap

Heatmap by day of the week and hour showing when the application is used the most.

License optimization with P95

If you enter the cost per license and the number of purchased licenses, the platform automatically calculates how much you could save by reducing licenses to the P95 level. P95 reflects typical real-world usage while ignoring occasional spikes, making it the ideal benchmark for sizing your license agreement.

The comparison indicates whether you have excess licenses (including the estimated monthly savings) or whether your current number of licenses is insufficient for typical usage.

Available filters

You can refine the analysis by date range, time range (e.g., from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM), days of the week, department, and sub-department. Filters are automatically saved for your next visit.
