What does this page do?
The Observations page analyzes activity data from the past week and generates automatic insights grouped by scope: company, department, and section. No configuration is required—the system generates and updates them weekly.
Types of observations
Weekly change — productivity increased or decreased compared to the previous week.
Deviation from average — the group is above or below the company average.
Uncategorized app with high usage — an application without a category accounts for a significant portion of the time.
Sustained inactivity — a user has accumulated a high percentage of inactive time.
Top performer — the user with the highest productivity during the period.
Least productive day — the day of the week with consistently lower productivity.
Positive streak — productivity has improved over several consecutive weeks.
Export
You can export all visible observations in JSON, CSV, PDF, or Excel using the Export button in the header.
Access
Available to Company Admin, Admin, and Manager roles. Managers can only view observations for their assigned departments and sections.
