Administration
Create company
The registration form is public and requires no authentication. It creates the company and its first administrator simultaneously.
Company data
Trade name — Visible company name on the platform. Required.
Legal name — Legal company name. Optional field.
Tax ID — Company tax identifier, minimum 5 characters. Required.
Company code — Letters and numbers only, no spaces. Employees use it when installing the agent. Required.
Country — Determines which economic activity code system is required. Required.
Activity code — CNAE in Spain, NAF in France, WZ in Germany, optional in all other countries.
Activity description — Free text describing the main activity of the company. Required.
Administrator data
First and last name — Name and surname of the main account administrator.
Username — Unique username on the platform.
Corporate email — Address used to log in. Required.
Password — Minimum 8 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 number and 1 special character. Required.
Activity code by country
The activity code field changes depending on the selected country:
Spain — CNAE (4 numeric digits). Required.
France — NAF (4 digits + 1 letter). Required.
Germany — WZ (up to 6 digits). Required.
All other countries — Optional field.
What happens after registration?

The company and administrator user are created simultaneously in the database.

The platform logs in automatically using the credentials entered.

You are redirected to the billing page to choose a plan. The Free Plan is available at no cost.
The created user has the Company Administrator role.
