What is a seat?
Seats determine how many active users your company can have on the Plus plan.
One seat equals one active user on the platform. Deactivated users do not count.
When subscribing to the Plus plan, the minimum number of seats equals the company's current active user count.
If you add employees and exceed your contracted seats, the system automatically adjusts the quantity at the next renewal.
Managing your subscription
Add seats — from the Add / Change seats button. An immediate prorated invoice is generated for the difference until the end of the period.
Remove seats — same screen, Remove tab. Cannot go below the number of active users.
Stripe Portal — access invoice history, change payment method or update billing details.
Secure payment — the checkout process and card management are handled entirely by Stripe.
Cancellation and reactivation
At period end — subscription stays active until the renewal date. Recommended option.
Immediately — cancels and disables Plus access right away. Only available to Company Admin.
Reactivate — if the subscription is cancelled but still active, you can reactivate it before it expires using the Reactivate button.
Automatic device deactivation
If at renewal the number of active devices exceeds the contracted seats, the system acts in this order:

Deactivates devices previously marked by the admin from the seat management modal.

If there is still excess, deactivates devices with the most recent user assignment.

If excess persists, deactivates the most recently registered devices. An informational email is sent to the admin.
Proration is calculated in real time and shown before confirming any seat change. If the amount is 0 or negative (when removing seats) no charge is generated.
