Administrator

The administrator has full control over the operational management of the company: users, devices, rules and billing. No access to audit.

What can you do?
Global dashboard

Access the dashboard for the entire company, not just your direct team.

Comparisons

Compare any user or department in the company without team restrictions.

Devices

Manage all company devices: assign users, check statuses and resolve devices without a recognized user.

Users

Create, edit and delete users. You can import users in bulk via CSV. You can change roles up to Manager, but cannot create other Admins or Company Admins.

Departments

Create and manage company departments and assign employees to each one.

Classification rules

Define which applications are productive, necessary or unproductive for the company or by department.

Notifications

Access all company notifications and alerts.

Billing

Check subscription status, manage the plan and access payment history.

Tips

To import users in bulk use the 'Import CSV' button on the Users page. Download the template to see the correct format.

Classification rules apply in cascade: company > department. Department rules override company rules.

If you need to create another Admin, a Company Admin must do it.

When the agent is installed on a Windows device, if the Windows username doesn't exist in the platform, it's created automatically. The device will be pending approval — approve it from the orange banner on the Users page.
