Company Admin

The Company Admin has absolute control over the company. Access all modules without restrictions, including audit and management of all roles.

Company Admin is the highest role within a company. You have unrestricted access to all modules.

What can you do?
Full access

Access all platform modules without restrictions: dashboard, comparisons, devices, users, departments, rules, notifications and billing.

Audit

Exclusive access to the complete audit log: all administrative actions performed in the company, with filters by user, date and action type.

Full user management

Create and manage users of any role, including Administrators and other Company Admins. You can reassign roles, deactivate accounts and import users in bulk.

Billing and plan

Manage the subscription, change plan, add licenses and access the complete payment history.

Tips

The audit log records all important actions: user creation/editing/deletion, role changes, CSV imports and rule modifications.

If you need to give someone administrative permissions without full access, use the Admin role instead of Company Admin.

You have full access to company user management: you can create, edit, deactivate and delete any account from the Users page.

When the agent is installed on a Windows device, if the Windows username doesn't exist in the platform, it's created automatically. The device will be pending approval — approve it from the orange banner on the Users page.
