Devices
List of all Windows machines registered on the platform, their status and associated user.
Indicators
Total devices — all registered machines, active or pending.
Active devices — machines currently sending data.
Contracted seats — maximum number of active devices allowed by your plan.
Available seats — how many more you can activate. If it reaches 0, upgrade your plan.
Revoked devices — permanently deactivated machines.
Device table
Name — Windows machine identifier.
OS — operating system of the device.
Agent — version of the installed agent.
User — linked Windows user and their role on the platform.
Last heartbeat — last time the agent sent data.
Status — current state of the device.
Statuses
Pending approval — the agent is installed and waiting for an Admin to activate it.
Pending signature — the device was approved but the employee has not yet accepted the monitoring terms.
Incomplete profile — the device is active but the user profile has mandatory fields missing.
Pending deactivation — a deactivation has been requested; the change will apply on the next cycle.
Active — the device is sending data and uses a seat.
Deactivated — the device was manually paused. Releases the seat.
Revoked — the device was permanently revoked and can no longer send data. Can be restored to pending.
Unknown — the device status could not be determined. Contact support if this persists.
Outdated agent version
If the Agent column shows a version older than the current one, the device has an outdated agent. It will continue working but may lack the latest improvements. Update it by downloading the newest installer from the Add device button and running it on the device.
Available actions
Activate — activates a pending or inactive device. Uses a seat.
Deactivate — pauses the device without revoking it. Frees up a seat.
Revoke — permanently deactivates the device. It appears in the Revoked tab.
Restore — moves a revoked device back to pending.
Delete — permanently removes the device from the platform.
You can enable Selection mode to apply actions to multiple devices at once.
Access by role
Admin and Company Admin have full management: activate, deactivate, revoke, restore, delete and generate tokens.
The manager can view their team's devices in read-only mode.
Device export is available on the Plus plan.
