Departments

Company organisational structure. Departments group users and allow filtering data by area in the dashboard and comparisons.

Structure

Department — main unit. Has a name and a short code (e.g. FIN, HR).

Section — optional subdivision within a department. Also has a name and code (e.g. CP, VT).

Create department — New department button in the header.

Add section — + Section button on each department.

Edit — modify the name or code of a department or section.

Delete — removes the department or section. Assigned users will lose that assignment.

Export — downloads the list of departments and sections.

Assign users to a department or section from the Users page.

Filter the company dashboard by department or section.

Filter comparisons by department.

Organise the company hierarchy for managers.

Only Admin and Company Admin have access to this page.
